High school classes can get hands-on with guided school experiences at the museum.

Imagineering: Creative Problem Solving

Students consider the role of design and engineering in realizing Walt’s dreams for Disneyland and tackle a design challenge creatively.

Technological Innovation: Animation

Students examine Walt Disney’s innovative contributions to animation and use a Multiplane Camera to create an animated short.

Imagineering: Audio-Animatronics® and Robotics

In the galleries, students encounter Audio-Animatronics, a technology first invented by WED Enterprises during the early 1960s.

Making a Splash: Animating with Special Effects

Classes tour the core galleries in search of unique hand-drawn special effects in Disney classics from 1937 to 1966.

Custom Print-Making: Inspired by the Art of Eyvind Earle

Get inspired by our newest special exhibition, Awakening Beauty: The Art of Eyvind Earle. In the galleries, students see firsthand how Earle made art in a variety of media before, during, and after his career with The Walt Disney Company.
