On Friday, June 20, our friends from Tiki Oasis and Garner Holt Productions joined us for an unforgettable evening full of Jungle Cruise hijinks and Tiki Room enchantment, including the grand reveal of our very own Barker Bird, Pepe del Presidio—a replica of the Audio-Animatronics® formerly positioned outside the entrance to Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room at Disneyland.
Party-goers enjoyed special Jungle Cruise-style tours of the galleries and a tiki-themed photobooth. In the theater, Garner Holt and Bill Butler from Garner Holt Productions were joined by famed Disney artist Kevin Kidney for a discussion on Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room.
Our friends at Smuggler's Cove mixed up some speciality tropical cocktails using Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum, while patrons enjoyed entertainment from Fisherman's Tiki Trio, The Devil-Ettes, and King Kukulele. The party was topped off by delicious eats from Frozen Kuhsterd, Slider Snack, and Neo Cocoa Chocolates.
