It’s a small city, after all! In the spirit of MAGIC, COLOR, FLAIR: the world of Mary Blair, we're asking YOU to snap photos using the hashtag #itsasmallSF to share photos of our small city with us (@WDFMuseum) on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. But here’s the catch: we want to see your small San Francisco with YOU in it. Pinch Coit Tower, leap over the Golden Gate Bridge, or hold up Alcatraz—however you share your small SF is up to you.
Don’t live in the Bay Area? That’s OK! Snap your photo with your closest landmark—or manipulate a past image of yourself in the Bay Area to make the city look itsy-bitsy—and still tag it with #itsasmallSF.
All images must be submitted by August 7. We will collect all submission before uploading them to a Facebook photo album and asking YOU to vote on your favorites by August 14! The top ten images with the most “Likes” will win a pair of tickets to the exhibition Magic, Color Flair: The World of Mary Blair. The number one most-liked photo will score a Mary Blair prize package, including tickets and the coveted exhibition catalogue. Start snappin' and good luck!
