Recap: Bay Area Teen Animation Festival

On May 17^th, The Walt Disney Family Museum hosted our first Bay Area Teen Animation Festival. Students from Mt. Pleasant High School, Balboa High School, Leland High School, Santa Clara High School, Capuchino High School, Freestyle Academy, Carlmont High School, and Saratoga High School submitted a total of 102 films. Winners were chosen by guest judges from Animation Collaborative, Pixar Animation Studios, and San Jose State University.

The Walt Disney Family Museum would like to thank the wonderful students, teachers, and animation professionals who made our first ever Bay Area Teen Animation Festival a great success. We hope to see you all again next year!
