The International Animated Film Society, ASIFA-Hollywood, will be honoring The Walt Disney Family Museum at the 42nd Annie Awards with a Special Achievement Award for its unique and significant impact on the art and industry of animation. Ron Miller— Walt Disney’s son-in-law and the president of The Walt Disney Family Museum’s Board of Directors—will be attending the award ceremony to receive the honor.
The Annie Awards ceremony will take place at UCLA’s Royce Hall on Saturday, January 31, 2015, and can be viewed online at annieawards.org/watch-it-live.
