When Santa Claus makes his annual trip around the world to bring gifts and holiday cheer to everyone on his “nice” list, he never forgets his friends at Disneyland! Join us for a special reading of the Disney Little Golden Book, Santa Stops at Disneyland, by Author and Illustrator Ethan Reed with special guest Santa J. Claus himself!

Questions can be submitted during the webinar through Zoom's Q&A function. Due to anticipated demand and limited Q&A time, not all submitted questions will be answered.

From his current work as a toy designer on the popular Disney Doorables® toy line to his more than 20 years as an Imagineer at The Walt Disney Company, Ethan Reed’s art and designs have been captivating and entertaining audiences around the world for decades. While at Disney, Reed held a variety of roles and had the honor to work on many of the classic attractions featured in his book, Santa Stops at Disneyland, in addition to helping create new beloved Disney experiences including Mystic Manor (Hong Kong Disneyland), Seven Dwarfs Mine Train (Magic Kingdom Theme Park and Shanghai Disneyland Park), Sindbad’s Storybook Voyage (Tokyo DisneySea), Minnie’s Style Studio (Tokyo Disneyland) and The Little Mermaid: Ariel’s Undersea Adventure/Under the Sea ~ Journey of the Little Mermaid (Disney California Adventure Park & Magic Kingdom Theme Park, respectively). He was also the lead designer on the incredibly popular Duffy and Friends merchandise line for Disney Parks.

Santa Stops at Disneyland has been a true labor of love for Reed—who began work on the book for his eldest son’s first Christmas. For 15 years he spent nights and weekends developing the story and illustrations, finally completing the book in 2022.

Santa J. Claus is more than just the beloved figure of Christmas; he’s a global icon spreading joy year-round! With a dynamic and verified social media presence on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, Santa J. Claus has captivated his nearly five million followers with heartwarming and positive messages, resonating with people of all ages, including celebrities, influencers, and top brands.

Beyond the screen, Santa J. Claus is a passionate advocate for children’s well-being. As an ambassador for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, he dedicates his time to making a real difference, supporting child advocacy groups and hospitals like Benioff Children’s Hospitals of San Francisco and Oakland, Lucile Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford, The Make-A-Wish Foundation, UNICEF, and many more.

Santa J.
