Our latest Animate Your Night was held in honor of our new exhibition MAGIC, COLOR, FLAIR: the world of Mary Blair. Jolly folks donned their best dapper wear and escaped to our Fantasyland-themed after-hours party.
Teaming up with Dapper Day founder Justin Jorgensen, we presented an evening of fashion, fantasy, and flair. Guests listened in on an inspirational presentation from Mr. Jorgensen about his motivation for creating Dapper Day. After a taste of our signature cocktails, people got swinging to the vintage vibes of local favorites Slim Jenkins.
Guests also enjoyed Ric Carrasquillo of Squillo Studio creating personalized mid-century paintings and then took their own turn getting crafty making custom brooches and lapel pins.
Flying high above Big Ben in London, party goers immersed themselves in our Fantasyland animation and struck a pose in our colorful Mary Blair-styled photo booth. Bob Cha and Ultra Crepes food trucks were on hand to fill guest bellies with their delicious fare.
