Who can forget when Carl Fredricksen releases an arrangement of balloons and floats away in his beloved home? Join us for this dreamy workshop as we celebrate the 15th anniversary of Disney and Pixar’s UP (2009) by exploring how animators have captured the illusion of objects floating in the air throughout animation history. You will then use principles of traditional hand-drawn animation to create a character who is drifting away with their balloon!
