This Friday, we're getting an early start on Halloween festivities here at The Walt Disney Family Museum, with special screenings of Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas, as well as a spooky-themed Animate Your Night: Halloweentown!
Don your best costume and see our special exhibition Between Frames: The Magic Behind Stop Motion Animation, celebrating creepy characters such as Jack Skellington, Coraline, and Robot Chicken. Don't miss out on fun activities, tantalizing bites from Presidio restaurant Dixie, and a chillingly delightful cocktail--the Jack Skellington and Coke!
Animate Your Night is for guests ages 18 and over, but here's an activity in which anyone can participate... pumpkin carving!
WDFM staffers and volunteers prepped these patterns/stencils for your pumpkin-carving pleasure. Print, carve, photograph, and send your pumpkins over to storyboard@wdfmuseum.org when you're done! We'll be posting our favorites on Storyboard at the end of the month. (Click on the images to enlarge).
