In this two-week class, be prepared to reimagine ideas and designs as you learn what it takes to be an animator. Using animation principles and unconventional items, various drawing methods and practices will be explored. After multiple animation tests, students will then use their new skills to create a unique final animated short film.

Class culminates in a gallery-style showcase of artworks with a family-and-friends screening of all final projects.

This class is intended for students interested in learning the process of animation. Students will be working in the studio for the majority of the session. This class is recommended for students with very little to no formal experience in animation.
