In conjunction with the opening of our new special exhibition, Disney Cats & Dogs, and the 100th anniversary of The Walt Disney Company, our studio programs are featuring some of our favorite animated feline and canine friends.
Colorful leaves and foxes are iconic staples as we enter the Fall season! Spend a cozy day with us as we focus on one of our favorite animated woodland creatures, Tod from Disney’s The Fox and the Hound (1981). Uncover how the story was adapted into a feature-length film and how animators employed research when creating compelling non-human characters. You will then apply animation principles such as arcs and appeal to bring to life a prancing fox.
