In 1932, a certain guffawing character made his first appearance in Mickey’s Revue (1932) and eventually developed into the beloved Goofy. Over 90 years, the character has grown emotionally and visually within animated productions to the complex version we see on our screen today. Join us in this workshop as we look at the history of this iconic character and the evolution of his design. Then, using simplified canine anatomy, exaggerated cartoon features, and staple human characteristics, illustrate your own unique anthropomorphic dog.
