Through a guided tour of the galleries, educators learn about the significant role that women played throughout Disney history and discuss various issues that have historically discouraged women from pursuing careers in animation. In the Learning Center, educators ink and paint a cel of their own—a job done exclusively by female artists for many years.

Educators receive 3 hours of professional development enrichment for completing this workshop. Appropriate documentation will be provided.

Please note: There will be a 30-minute lunch break during this program. Participants are welcome to bring their own lunches or utilize our onsite cafe at this time.
