Join Chad Davis, Oakland mixologist and owner of the Whiskey Chaser Mobile Bar, as he teaches how to make two delicious seasonal cocktails, then learn to decorate three types of winter cookie designs with Natalie Senkir, Bay Area cookie artist and owner of Custom Cookies by Natalie. Guests will be provided a list of ingredients and a cookie template (supplies not included).

Paper Snowman Craft
Join Bay Area artist Ryan Riller for a paper snowman craft that can be made into a magical greeting card or displayed as a standalone piece of art. Guests will be provided a list of materials (supplies not included).

About the Speakers
Chad Davis
Owner and head bartender for The Whiskey Chaser, Chad Davis has over 19 years of experience behind the bar. As a trained mixologist, he has designed cocktails for many clients including Grey Goose, Patrón, and Bacardi. His company currently services the Bay Area, providing unforgettable experiences and unique craft cocktail designs for private events that need something special.

Natalie Senkir
Cookie artist and owner of Custom Cookies by Natalie, Natalie Senkir has a passion for inspiring others to find their creativity in the baking world. After starting her career in 2010, Senkir found her calling to teach kids and adults of all ages how to make edible art. Her cookies can be seen at private and corporate events all over Sonoma County and the Bay Area.

Ryan Riller
Ryan Riller is a born-and-raised Bay Area artist who studied animation and visual development at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. While pursuing his master’s degree, he discovered a passion for handcrafted paper art and developed a following on Instagram. From original pieces, portraits and landscapes to creative fan art, he uses card stock and other traditional media to create compelling scenes with 3D pop-out effects.

Travis Lacina
Travis Lacina, the current Director of Education at The Walt Disney Family Museum, has been teaching students for nearly 30 years and teaches a wide variety of cartooning, animation, and art classes to students of all ages and has worked in progressive education for over a decade. After working for Thrillionaire Productions creating interactive animated communications, he graduated from the Academy of Art University with a BFA in Animation. Recently, Lacina developed curriculum for the museum’s At-Promise Youth Animation Academy (APYAA), a first-of-its-kind animation certificate program.
